Managing your stress
Try these apps to help you manage your stress levels throughout the year.
Stop, Breathe, and Think: This starts with a short "interview" where you select several words to describe how you are feeling, and then the app recommends guided meditations for you.
Calm: The guide will walk you through breath, patience and posture meditations. There are also complete meditations ranging from 2-30 minutes. The app is also available free for iPhone and android.
Smiling Mind. Designed for young adults, this program is also available free for iPhone and android. The Australian accent is calming and the sessions can be selected by age range.
