Stop, Breathe, and Think: This starts with a short "interview" where you select several words to describe how you are feeling, and then the app recommends guided meditations for you. Calm: The guide will walk you through breath, patience and posture meditations. There are also complete meditations ranging from 2-30 minutes. The app is also available free for iPhone and android.
